&lt;P&gt;What were&amp;nbsp;you doing when you saw&amp;nbsp;this error? Did you see&amp;nbsp;it on both the web client and mobile app?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you were attempting a firmware update, did the firmware update complete on it's own overnight? You can check your firmware against the appropriate devices here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.netgear.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes" target="_blank"&gt;Firmware Release Notes&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
