To try and find out to stop receiving mail notifications has taken me to the edge of madness😡Every time I try and log into the website I get directed to download the mobile app. Help! Please!

are you trying to log into website on your phone or computer? If computer what os? what url are you using?

dont use ipad or apple stuff but know on my android phone I have to use the app not the url.

know apple os has issues with flash which you need to use the url, https://arlo.netgear.com

maybe someone more familiar ith apple os can jump in and help.

GillianLentin,

If using an iPad, download the mobile app from the app store.

After logging in to the app you can turn off email alerts in the camera rules. Take a look here for more information: How do I turn on/off email notifications?
