Battery indicator not displaying

Battery indicator not displaying on home page . Today 3 of 4 cameras displayed the battery. Next time no battery indicators. Seems like lost battery indicator a long time ago. I like battery indicators on main page.

You are not alone... On ANDROID S7, 2 of my cams have lost the battery icon....

The icon are there when looking at the PC and Ipad.

So, what OS are you using? What device?

What model number are your cams ( settings device info ; like H6 )?

Trying to fiq this out myself

Arlo H7 firmware 1.2.10342 (4 units)

Arlo Q 6 firmware 1.8.3.0.9916 (1 unit)

Battery not showing on all 4 of my devices.

LG V410 Tablet Android ver 5.0.2

Samsung- SM-G890H S7 Android very 7.0

Samsung-SM-G900A S6 Android ver 6.0.1

Samsung-SM-T530NU Tablet Android ver 5.0.2

I do believe it is limited to ANDROID only as my icons appear on IOS and PC...

Do a check with a PC browser at https://arlo.netgear.com/

and confirm the issue...

PS the battery level does appear in your settings still, correct ?

Works correct in PC desktop. Yes the battery indicators are on the setting page.

Doesn't seem like this is OS version or device specific if all of those devices show the same behavior. I know you had mentioned this before Tom, is the issue intermittent or is the battery indicator permanently gone?

Battery indicator back working on all my Android devices after the 6/29/2017 release. Thanks to all that helped get this fixed.
