How do I locate a video file for forwarding?

look under the library tab both on computer and phone.

They should be there under each date, for 7 days back.

I did not word my question well. I can find the videos in my library. I'm looking for the drive and the folder where they are stored so that I can attach it to a message.

Unless you have an Arlo Pro base station, the are stored only on the cloud storage. In your library folder select the vid you wish to download and select download. They will go to your download folder unless you store elsewhere. That is for a computer; not sure where they go on your phone.

If you have an Arlo Pro base station and have a USB storage attached, they will store on drive, but that drive needs to be connected to a computer to view and access
