Device not being detected

I purchased a bundle of Arlo wireless and arlo q. The arlo q set up no problem, however after I synched the wireless cameras nothing happens. They aren't appearing in my list of devices and they don't seem to be doing anything after they synch.

Have you rebooted the base with the power button ( off/on )

I had to uninstall the arlo q, set up the wireless cameras first and then re establish the connection with the arlo q.
