    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JamesC -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was just yesterday (6/21/2017) that I saw the&amp;nbsp;massive amounts of "unavailable" error messages when using the app. &amp;nbsp;Today has been smooth&amp;nbsp;sailing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I'm getting the "We're sorry. &amp;nbsp;Arlo is currently unavailable. &amp;nbsp;Please try again later." message&amp;nbsp;more than usual, today. &amp;nbsp;More than usual means having to tap 10-15 times on any video for it to play (as opposed to getting the error message) using the Android app vs. getting the message maybe only 2-3 times (total) per day. &amp;nbsp;That being said,&amp;nbsp;using the web interface on a nearby computer seems fine..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen anything in the "announcements" section of this forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it just me? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have not seen the same behavior when using the Android app. Are you also seeing this when attempting to live stream cameras? Are you still seeing this error message?&lt;/P&gt;
