Microphone still missing on iOS

I tried multiple times of logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app. Microphone still missing..... Please advice!

I am on the 2.4.2 app

hsinchen,

Be sure you are logging out by navigating to Settings > Profile > Log out. Enter your password information and log back in.

This should restore the microphone icon.
