To whom it may concern;

Since this weekend (18 June) our base station has been offline. We conducted all recommended trobleshooting i.e. Power off and on, Ethernet cable, reset base unit, but unfortunate the base station still offline. We are located in Germany. What could be the problem? Please help!!!

When you say offline, do you mean there still is access to the base unit? Can you go to the base settings and see the RESTART button ( not grayed out )

If the above is still ( restart button ) available,

Have you taken one of the cameras and attempted to re-sync ?

Did it all. Still getting the 3 green lights (don't know why), but after reset to factory default I can’t add any devices. Green lights still the same. Maybe a bad base station, who knows.

After performing the reset, you also need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
