      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have restarted the base station numerous times. &amp;nbsp;Now, on the "Discover Device" page there is a reply in the form of an orange bar at the top of the page stating: "We are unable to claim this device.".....&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is normally a problem if the unit has been previously owned. You will need to contact Netgear Support and have them release the unit so you can register it / claim it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
