&lt;P&gt;What have you tried ? Are you on site or away ? What do the LEDS on the front show? Which 4 will not connect Arlos or PRO?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a guess with information given...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Take one of the trouble cams, pull batteries/pack and then replace&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to settings and use REMOVE DEVICE for that camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reboot base with power button , let it come back online ( about 2 mins )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Attempt to resync the trouble camera as if new ( quick push on base sync button , not hold )&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 11 cameras 4 of which will no longer connect, says visit here to fix? yet there is no customer service just aska question? how about an online reset? lot of money for cameras that dont work after 6 months. batteries are all new and tried to resync does nothing. all started after adding 4 arlo pros to original arlo wireless system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
