Arlo wireless (H7) needs an option to set download directory path

Right now the only directory that can be used is the Download folder. There should be a way to change that by the user.

If you select SAVE AS instead of SAVE you can have it download whereever you want to.

The SAVE AS option does not exist on Android app. I only see it in the Windows PC app.
