In my settings it says I have 2 devices (I have only 1 camera, Model VMS 3130). I named the camera "outside" camera. The settings says my other camera is 4WA16C7XEB478. Plus I have gone through all the steps for notifying me via e-mail with alerts and still do not get them??

In Settings, under device there should be two...the base unit and the camera ( on right when you click on the base ).

If you are seeing more than one camera ( unknown as to why ) you can always use REMOVE DEVICE to delete same.

As to the eamil alerts...those are in the MODE... go to ARMED and edit (>) then edit the camera ...don't forget to save after putting in an email.

Check the serial number of your outside camera and compare to the second camera.
