      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the regular wifi outdoor cameras. My router and base station are in the back of the house and the cameras are in the front. I am wondering if I get a long eithernet cord and move the base station to a cental location would moving the base station increase the wfi strength?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My thought and understadning of the system is the cameras get the wifi signal from the base station so, moving that closer it should work better&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone that can confirm that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's exactly correct. &amp;nbsp;Note that you could also use a WiFi extender to do the same thing (relocate the base) if that's more appropriate to your situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
