arlo camera keeps continually turning on and syncing?

my arlo cameras keep continually turning on and syncing and i cant not update them because they are basically turning on and off. this is with new batterys. the led is solid blue for a sec then rapid blue blinking and keeps doing this and wont stop doing this process??

have you tried opening battery door to restart cam as well as restarting your base station by turning off, then back on?

yeah tried reseting everything heaps of times nothing changes

I suspect you have a faulty camera. However, first, it could the batteries aren't quite connected properly. Open the battery door and reinsert the batteries, making sure to simply place them in the slots and don't push them down. Close the battery door which should properly seat the batteries. Make sure the door is fully and properly closed. If the same thing happens, swap at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
