Cannot see all cameras on my cell phone

I have four cameras set up on our wireless system and I can see all four cameras on my cell phone, but my husband can only show three cameras. I have removed the app from his phone and reinstalled the app and still can only see three cameras.

Make sure you've allowed him to see the forth camera...you must grant access

When I look at my setting he has access, but can only see three of the four cameras. What else should I try. Should I remove his access and reissue it?

i DELETED ONE CAMERA NOW I CANT INSTALL BACK TO PHONE

Simply resync it as if new. Make sure the batteries are good.

I used to be able to use it. Just recently I unprog power of base station and then reconnect the power back...somehow the celullar phone no longer see the camera. The device always show "Add device" and no able to use any camera. I re-sync many time, still no help

It sounds like you may have removed the base station/cameras. If you navigate to Settings > My Devices, what do you see?
