Network password for VMB 3000 router

So we moved and I'm trying to hook up my router and camera and am having trouble. I followed the directions (put pen in smaill button on back of router for 10 seconds) to reset the router, but then it still comes up as a network and to access that network I need a password that I forgot.

Please advise.

What's the exact model number of your router?

The exact model number is Netgear Base Station VMB3000 and it's about 3 years old.

There is NO password into any of the Arlo BASES...it is a locked down unit that syncs to the cameras only

It connects to your home router via etherent cable

it is NOT a normal router.
