VBM 3000 Basis Base Station Not Discovered

Refurbished unit - just connected for first time to (Netgear) router and green led for Power and Internet on

Using laptop Windows 10 - connected to cable broadband and WIFI working

All other WIFI and bluetooth working correctly

Power off and on - disassembled and re-assembled to restart basic install process multiple times - no luck

Factory Reset (found 2 methods) just using paper clip on back had success restting

Base station recovered - led lights are green

Still can't discovere base station

What now?

Netgear recommend you do the setup with a smartphone for the smoothest experience. Not sure why your computer wouldn't work but try your smartphone first

Tell us in detail what you've done and the various results. Include all info such as LEDs lit and colors.
