    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Arlo base station has an amber light on the power, no light on the cameras (as I took all the equipment off of the account),&amp;nbsp; no light on the internet,&amp;nbsp; a green light on home, and no lights on the usb connections, and will not reset.&amp;nbsp; I have tried everything listed in the website troubleshooting and I have been in contact via email with support for a week and tried everything they suggested without resolution; and I spent 2 hours last night on the chat line with support again without any resolution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After reviewing comments from other users with similar problems, it would seem that this represents a hardware issue.&amp;nbsp; The system we have is under a year old so SHOULD be covered by a warranty.&amp;nbsp; I asked to get hold of a supervisor but as yet not heard back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; The cameras are great when they work, I hate to have to give up on it but I simply don't have much more time to devote to the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A hardware issue like this can only be handled with your open case. &amp;nbsp;Stay on them but remember this is the weekend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
