device not showing up after battery change

Hello,

I recently changed the batteries in my wire free arlo camera and now it is no longer showing up in my devices. I sync the camera to the base station but when I sign in to my account it doesnt show up. It wont record either. I cant even update the firmware because the device is not listed in my settings.

Pop the battery in and out again and try reclosing the battery door. For many people this works, sort of like rebooting it.

if removing and replacing the battery doesn't work...

Go to settings for that camera, use REMOVE DEVICE,

reboot the base via the power button

re-sync the camera back as if new

Try power cycling your base. Also, reinsert the batteries in the camera, being sure to not push them down - just let the battery door push them into place.
