camera shows 10 videos but only shows one of them in the library

I have two cameras. Both of them show a number of videos in the little green box on the left but only posts one of them in the library. How do I fix this?

I had the same problem some time ago which was cleared up. Apparently something has happened again or it wasn't a systemwide fix some you're the second one to post today of this problem. I contacted support directly and they fixed it in short order.

I'm having the same problen with the videos not posting. How do I contact support directly? I'm lost on this web page... Thanks for your help
