      <description>&lt;P&gt;App says camera is offline. &amp;nbsp;Camera has new batteries. Reset base to no avail. &amp;nbsp;Camera will not sync to base....just continues to flash blue for minutes. Went to settings and deleted device and started over to no avail. &amp;nbsp;Please help. &amp;nbsp;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Consider rebooting your base station (use the power on-off switch on the back) and&amp;nbsp;reboot your camera (open and close the battery compartment door. Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED. Press and release (quick press and release) the sync button on the base station (you should get a blinking green camera sync LED) and then press and release the sync button on your camera.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you still not able to sync the camera?&lt;/P&gt;
