Hey

Is there a possibility to change the wifi channel?
I want to give it a fixed channel because it takes sometimes the same channel as my own wifi channel and this leads to no internet connection.

The only way to change channels on the base station is to move it further from the router. 20 feet is often suggested as a good distance.

Also, if you want a channel for Arlo thats far from your router there's another way.

1) set your router to the wanted channel

2) reset Arlo base with it near the router ( it will pick the same channel to avoid interference )

3) reset your router back to the original channel

( as you should be able to access/change yr router channel but no access into the Arlo base )
