Geofencing on WiFi Arlo system 4 cam

Very rarely when I acivate Geofencing on the mobile it works properly. Even activated and when I am at home the system stays armed.

Is this a common problem or do I need to change settings?

In order for geofence to work, the app and gps must be running in the background.

Ptoblem was that somehow during an update a setting in Geofancing was changed.

All back in order now.
