    <description>&lt;P&gt;Best bet is to go to SETTINGS&amp;gt;REMOVE DEVICE and delete the camera that's causing trouble... then open and close the battery door to reset the camera....bring it back as new to see if the problem is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, either exchange it or contact Netgear Support&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Model vmc3030. Synced and added to existing base station that had 2 original same model cameras. The screen says live but when pushing it come back with error "your device failed to connect to media server. Please try again". Have resented. Disconnected, turn of wifi etc. The existing cameras work fine just the new one does not.</description>

      <description>I ended up moving it outside into position and doing nothing. Checked 15 minutes laterm and it had fin ally connected.</description>
