Getting "No recordings" when trying to view the alerts in the library. Also my live feed shows "getting status...". Anything going on?

There's been a server issue recently. The videos may show up in a few hours. Technical support is working on the glitch

Consider a base station reboot using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED and try again. Do you see the same behavior?

I checked and everything is working again. Must have been related to the server issue. That's for following up!
