All my recordings are gone since May 20th and no new recordings at all.

Arlo... How about a refund or credit for my premium subscription?

Having the same issue. Only had Arlo for 3 days and everything is gone as of a couple hours ago. Definitely not a happy new customer.

There was a temporary limitation displaying thumbnails and videos the Arlo library. This issue has been resolved. Please contact customer support if you have any questions. Thank you!
