Getting notifications, but suddenly stopped recording to library.

Everything has been working well. Suddenly this evening I'm getting notifications, but there are no recordings in my library. I reset the base. Still not working. I'm on the Basic plan.

....and now an hour later, like magic, all my recordings are there! Go figure!

Mine are back now too! There is a gap where a guest somehow left the front door without being recorded, but all the other recordings are now back.

There was a temporary limitation displaying thumbnails and videos the Arlo library. This issue has been resolved. Please contact customer support if you have any questions. Thank you!
