Arlo wont go onlline

I have two arlos and three arlo q's The arlos will not go onlline. Both have been offline for 10 days. I have rebooted the router and the cameras I have replaced the batteries. Thoughts?

if re synking them is pushing the button on top, yes

You also have to briefly pressing the sync button on the base, too, before the sync button on the camera.

You might also consider installing a fresh set of batteries as this could be an indicator that the batteries are depleted. What is the behavior of the camera LED when you press the sync button?
