Hi, I've bought arlo with 2 camera on good guys on 2nd April and fill in the redemption form on 8th April but still hasn't got the free camera yet. Where can I see the status of the shipping ? Thank you.

Hi surga - me too. Did everything 100% correct but still no camera. Have tried so many ways to enquire about the status of claim but nothing. It is now 28 May. Fully aware of T&Cs so accordingly the bonus is well overdue. Frustrating ! Wish Net gear would correspond.
