      <description>Try resetting the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and try again.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the factory reset already, but the lights would never change to amber. So no luck there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You probably used the old procedure. Use only the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.</description>
