      <title>message that says I am not connected to the internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the the 3month basic free support. I no longer have access to my devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I received a message that says I am not connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a way that I have to upgrade to pay the monitoring charges or I am able to still view and use the cameras without paying any additional charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do did not lose service... service is free for 5 cameras,... What you lose after 3 months on the Basic ( free ) level is phone support only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The problem is just what you said, you lost or the system thinks you have no internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks at the Left LEDS, three should be GREE&amp;lt; ( from left ) POWER - INTERNET - CAMERAS&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First try a simple power button reboot of the base and see what happens&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was all all ok then only two green lights on base and says not connected to Internet. Done switch off/on and hard reset aNd&amp;nbsp;no&amp;nbsp;change. Any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The lack of a green camera LED means no cameras are connected for whatever reason. &amp;nbsp;If a power cycle of the base doesn't fix it, you'll need to verify that the batteries are good and try resyncing them. &amp;nbsp;If still no good, remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices and resync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
