Arlo Camera has problem connecting to media server

I have 2 cameras on one base.

Base is located about 6-10 feet from each camera.
1 Camera has problems.

It doesn't always record.

If you want to hit play and see it live it times out.

Sometimes it comes up with "cant connect to media server"

Ive tried troubleshooting myself but had no luck.

Please help!!!

Try removing the camera in Settings, My Devices, open and close the battery door and resync. Any luck?

After a year I just started getting "The connection to the media server has timed out" What does this mean and how can I fix it ? Please help...

MND,

Consider rebooting your base station, using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED and try again. Do you still see the same behavior?
