I have had my Arlo camera system for nearly two years now without any issues. I have two cameras attached to my base and I have a virgin superhub.
Over the last 2-3 weeks I noticed my cameras were off line. I took the cameras down, took the batteries out, new batteries in, I have synced them again, I have restarted and rebooted the base station but still they are offline.
The base station shows it is connected to the internet and online. It would sugggest my superhub or ISP settings are the problem?
However I have the same router and to my knowledge I have not changed any settings. The only odd thing was that the virgin recorder broke 2-3 weeks ago and we have had a replacement. Would this really be the problem seems coincidental?
Can anyone help me at all? Any suggestions on ports, hub settings etc? Or any other ideas?
Really odd it has worked fine for two years.

If the LEDs are green, the base is working but the display is the issue. Are you getting recordings and notifications? That would prove its working. Try both the app and the browser, in fact, multiple browsers.
