Hi,

Mostly happy with the system, I run base station with three cameras.

For some reason two cameras went "Off Line" by them selves two nights ago and the third while showing it was still working actually wasnt recording.

Guess which Night after 12 months we were robbed??

i am gutted and down quite a few K with no pictures to show.

I have had "Off line" just once before after a scheduled power cut, and never a problem since.

Is there some way that maybe the signal can be interfererd with to disarm the cameras?, or is this an amazing coincedence?

Is there a notification alert that will tell me the system has gone "Off line"

i Mostly turn the Cameras off during the day and always turn them on at night for security for the past 12 months.

I am the only one with access to the system

Hi Steve,

thanks,

Tech Boffins have said doesnt look like it, it would have been very brief if at all.

Is an internet connection interruption the most likely cause for "off line"?

regards,

I think so. With the original Arlo, you need power and internet functioning. I don't think there was a server side issue recently

Can you also check your internet connection speeds and ping via speedtest.net ?
