Hi there,

I would like to know about my redemption. When I bought the camera arlo free wire at harvey norman arount 3 of April. The staff said I can have free another one when I do online repdemtion camera and received the email from Netgear Australia Promotions said thank you for entry and they will contact me if there are any issue with my redempion... it is more than a month, I did not receive any email or any thing from NEtgear about my redemption. Please let me know if there any thing else should I have to do.

I haven't heard anything in regard to the bonus camera that was a promised promotion when I purchased by system in March this year. The terms and conditions state that you receive the camera 30 business days after the end of the promotion which was the 17th of April. Should I have not heard something by now?
