When you say you can't access the camera, do you mean you are seeing this error message when clicking the live stream icon on the camera?

As suggested above, what is the LED behavior on the base station?

Hi,

I have 3 sets of Arlo, they work fine when I am in USA. I am using iPhone 6 S Plus

This week, I left from US to Asia and when I tried to access Arlo, it keeps on showing the CAN'T ACCESS TO MEDIA SERVER.

I connect to wifi to log in Arlo, everything works good, but just can't access to my camera.

My wife is at US and she can't access cameras as well. She even rebooted the router, but no luck.

Please advise

First thing you'd have to check is if the LEDs are all green on the base...

But from that messg you got, it may not be on your end.
