    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this problem and found that removing batteries for approximately 20 minutes then reinstall them corrected it for me. I had removed the batteries then replaced them without waiting longer did nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cameras turn pink tint regularly. &amp;nbsp;Have read the forums and taken batteries out and put back in. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes it works, other times I have to remove the camera and then reconnect it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would like solution that is permanent rather than having to do this regularly. &amp;nbsp;If not would need to replace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let me know&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This is the Q Plus section. The Q cameras don't use the IR filter.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You apparently have the original wireless cameras. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Get it replaced. Either take it back to where you got it from or contact support below to open a ticket. It seems a pretty common fault where the IR filter gets stuck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
