Schedule notifications

I would like to know if it is possible to do the following:

1) Keep 24 hour monitoring based on motion

2) Only schedule push notifications for a certain time.

Reason:

The cameras monitor my office for all day movement, but I don't want to keep getting emails about detected motion (got over 100 today). Just want notifications for the hours that we are closed. Is this possible.

create two rules aka modes, one with notification, one without and schedule accordingly, keeping in mind you have to create two night entries, one to midnight and one after midnight since you cant schedule across midnight.
