Arlo camera is no longer working - VMC3430

Arlo camera was working fine for months. Switched out batteries with new ones and it now states battery low status. Put in other batteries from another camera that was new and still had the same status. I removed device and tried to add it again and now the camera is not responsive at all. Can I get a replacement or suggestions on how to repair it?
