      <title>On vacation and arlo base and cameras offline</title>

      <description>I'm 4 hours away From home and just looked and noticed that my base and cameras are all offline. I went into settings to reset/restart remotely...but looks like only "remove device" is an option. Please advise....worried and desperate to get it back up remotely if possible.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a RESTART button in the settings for the base station. Try that. If you can't find it in your app, it's definitely there in the web browser&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It is greyed out on my app and not even an option on the browser. Any ideas why that would happen?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you base is offline, the remote restart button is grayed out .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There is nothing to be done without prob physical contact,&amp;nbsp; ie&amp;nbsp; unplug/plug the base.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are two option fro remote locations that you can use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) use a UPS for the base and the router/modem ( I think this is best )... it would keep all 3 powered up and they will be happy during short term power outages ( at least a few hours with a mid sized ups )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) buy a Wemo outlet plug...then the base gets plugged into it... Wemo works via wifi to your router so the pwoer and router must be working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It allows you to remotely " unplug-plug "&lt;/P&gt;</description>
