normally updates happen overnight. Have you waited.?

Any chance that cam is at the fringe of the base's wifi. Have you tried with cam closer to the base station.

Hello four out of my five cameras are working fine. The fifth one is on my network but I cant see anything live because it says I need a firmware update. I click to do it and nothing happens. I turned it off, removed the device to see if it would help. No luck yet. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Bring the 5th one into the same room as the base overnight. Open the battery cover and then close it. Check in the morning. If the spot where the camera is is critical, consider moving one of the less critical cameras to this spot to cover it
