    <description>&lt;P&gt;Angle them down to avoid the street... cars are a big reflector of ir , leading to false triggers.... If you lower the sense level to eliminate the cars, you prob won't pick up people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Camera positioning advice</title>

      <description>We have 4 cameras basically keeping a eye on the front of our house. 3 of them get set off by cars driving by. I really can't turn down the motion detection. Any advice on how to position them without being set off by vehicle traffic?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera that faces the street is still set off by large trucks but not cars as I've found the sweet spot for the sensitivity. Why can't you turn your sensitivity down? With three cameras, you should be able to place at least one perpendicular to the road and not have it triggered by the road at all. You can then have rules where motion detection on that camera at 100 percent sensitivity also triggers the &amp;nbsp;other 2 cameras to record&lt;/P&gt;</description>
