arlo wireless device isn't named

i just purchased witless camera

I set it up andhas synced but the device isn't named and no seeing any video.

I tried to reset base and resync but setup doesn;t ask for name of device.

Not sure exactly what you're describing but try a reset using only the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the camera(s). Is it fine now?
