I have just updated to the new android app update. Now I have no battery usage icon

What device and OS you running...

running OS 7 on S7 and see no issues

With that exit the app in SETTINGS and then log back in

Also first try and power down your phone and then turn back on

If above two don't fix , un-install and re-install the app

I have 3 Camera and 1 is showing batt icon not the 2 other

Had a similar issue but the was related to Fire Fox in my option as other browsers didn't do it... Now thinking a bigger issue

Skoda,

I am able to see a battery icon across all clients for all battery operated cameras. Is the camera giving any error messages or is it behaving normally (recording, live streaming etc.)?

All Camera works fine..only 1 of 3 cameras show battery icon

Consider reinstalling the mobile app on your Android device. Are you still seeing this issue?
