Recording time adjustment

I use to be able to increase the time of recording up to 2minutes. Now it is stuck in 10 seconds.
Also sometimes it doesn't record at all.
Any thoughts?

I have MACOSX 10.9.5 and I tried to follow instructions put up on the same subject but can't find the EDIT RECORD VIDEO with the Back button anywhere.. Can someone shed some light about how to increase the recording time on an Arlo camera?

Use the Mode tab. Click on your base. Edit your mode(s) using the pencil or > character on the right side of the mode. All settings are in there.

I can get to that section and adjust up from 10 seconds, but it won't "stick". There's no way to save the change. The save button is on the previous page and to go back to that page adjusts the record time back to 10 seconds. Argh.

Set the time to what you want and then use the Back link at the top left of that window and save. Using the browser or phone back button doesn't work the same.
