sensitivity to autos

My cameras send me a motion detection message every time the wind blows any bush but it will not show cars driving right in front of the camera. Since I'm using this for security, this is not helpful. If I set the sensitivity up or down I don't see how that can help.

Post a screenshot. The usual issue is motion directly at the camera, not side to side.

Thanks. I would have to post a picture of 'no car'. The cars drive in front of the camera from left to right across a 100 degree arc, not directly at it. I can walk the same arc and get a picture, but a car, I guess going at only a slightly faster speed is not picked up

The screenshot is just to see what the camera is pointed at. Doesn't have to be anything else.

It sounds like possibly the cars you are trying to pick up are outside the cameras range. How far away is the motion you are trying to detect?
