Im tr having an issue with the night vision! When I turn it on it is not working.. and the one camera it was working but the night vision was coming on during the day and not at night..
Just curious if there is a certain way you have to go about turning it on??

There is a setting in SETTINGS>VIDEO to toggle on/off the IR illuminators, but if on they are automatic.

They come on if the light levels are low enough AND there is a trigger event ( the cam was armed )

Try and reset the camera by pulling batteries and placing back in
