Arlo camera - after replacing batteries the blue light will not come on and the camera will not acti

I replaced the batteries in my Arlo camera, but the blue light does not come on and it still shows the batteries need to be replaced. I have tried other batteries with no luck.

Pop the batteries out and just place them back in, paying close attention to the orientation. Don't push them down, let the battery door do the work.

I have done that and still no blue light and the camera is not working.
