It keeps telling me the device is offline.</P><P>I have had this problem before and then I replaced my batteries with new ones, this worked. But now I have checked my internet connection which is connected and&nbsp;I've tried changing the batteries but nothing seems to work. I also tried reinstalling a camera in the hope it'll work but it didn't.</P><P>Can you help me please?
