Have had this setup for 6 Days. worked Great for a few nights but now am getting no motion detection at night when there is clearly movement in front of cameras within 10 feet. Daytime motion detected at around25 to 30 feet.

any chance you have it on a schedule with different settings for day

and if not the case, does this change if you set the sensitivity higher?

had played with custom setting for base station, set add mode to motion. just changed that back to top setting which is also motion. Only thing that has changed so will see if resolves problem tonight, if deer/racoons/cyotes move.

I'm having the same issue...my driveway unit won't sense motion at night anymore (after 2 years) then goes crazy all day with birds flying by it. I've reset it, switched cameras, reset base unit, even deleted my account and started a new...nothing works.

If you know how to change the sensitivity for night, that would be great info as I have opened two inquiries with Netgear with no help at all.

to change the sensitivity for night create a mode day and a mode night, identical except for sensitivity. then schedule day for 6am-8pm, night from 8pm-midnight and night for midnight to 6am.

I couldn't set it up for the hours you suggest, the night hours wouldn't work (kept having an X next to it). But I set it up for midnight to 8am with 100% sensitivity and the rest of the day is normal. I will give that a try for a day or so to see how that works. Thanks for your help.

I just checked my schedule and one goes from 12:00 am to 7am and 9pm to 1159pm for night modes. Is that how you set yours?

No.... I set it for midnight to 8am for night, 8am to midnight for day. For some reason if the day setting is in the middle of the schedule, the night won't straddle the remaining time. I'm going to give it a try at what I have it set for now. I hope it's working, I can't believe we haven't had a car go by in 3 hours. I just want to catch the kid trying to break into our cars!

I'm assuming the way you set up yours that you have 2 night modes?

no i have one night mode but use it twice because you cant make an entry into the schedule that goes over midnight. hence one entry to midnight, and one after midnight.
